I bring knowledge and experience gained from over 3000 hours in a large secondary school together with supervised support and specialist training into my private
practice with Almanac. Supporting children and young people transition normal development while they build resilience and responsibility to cope with individual challenges

About Me
My name is Charlie Ponting
From a drama - in - education background (a laboratory to study human behaviour with other humans), I wanted to put into practice what I’d learned so, in 2017 commenced training as a counselling therapist. On completion, working for Frontline 19 – a charity supporting NHS workers during the pandemic - with farmers facing the stresses of economic downturn through the RABI farming charity, private clients, and as a school counsellor where I continue to work to this day
