INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

(Video, phone, or in person)

One-to-one counselling creates a confidential, safe and supportive space.

Our relationship has a sole purpose: to enable you to find solutions that will sustain you

into the future. Due to the vulnerabilities of Children and Young People, safeguarding is a
continuous process at every stage of their engagement in counselling.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walking through the Leas and Coastal Park in Folkestone provides a wonderful
stage for sessions. The shifting focus between conversation, reflection and the
passing scenery enables an easy flow of thoughts and feelings, allowing more

helpful perspectives to emerge.

Almanac operates an agreement to set out conditions for the work we will do
together. To cover Confidentiality, GDPR /Data handling and sharing.

TESTIMONIALS

"I didn't know what to expect from the therapy, but Charlie was excellent at
putting me at ease, and we had many very interesting conversations, and it didn't feel like therapy at all."

Catherine T.

"From our first contact, Charlie was kind, compassionate whilst being appropriately direct and challenging my perspective... it helped me to resolve and process some deeply internalised, painful beliefs and feelings - grateful for his thoughtful, collaborative, and sometimes playful support He helped me to find the confidence to trust myself."

Clare U.

"Charles is always so understanding and sensitive toward some of my hardest
situations. He always helps me feel less guilty and rubbish when I feel that way and I have learnt a lot about myself from my sessions with him and mental health in general. Always focuses on the positives and reiterates my goals when I feel low and like giving up. A great therapist, thanks Charlie”
